1. Service Description

Polln is an AI-powered ad campaign management platform. We help you generate ad creatives, build targeted audiences, and launch advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Ads API.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Maintain a valid Meta ad account with an active payment method.
  • Comply with Meta’s Advertising Policies for all campaigns created through our platform.
  • Provide accurate information about your business and products.
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote prohibited content.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to generate ad creatives and copy. While we strive for quality, you are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.

4. Ad Spend and Billing

Ad spend is charged directly by Meta to the payment method on your Meta ad account. Polln does not process or handle your ad spend payments. You are solely responsible for managing your ad budget and payment methods with Meta.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Polln is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee specific advertising results, performance, or return on ad spend.
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by Meta regarding your ad account, including account suspensions or ad rejections.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Polln in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse our service, or violate Meta’s advertising policies. Upon termination, we will revoke Meta API access and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
